1. About Bridge18:

Bridge18 provides trucking dispatch, load coordination, back-office support, shipment tracking, appointment scheduling, and related operational services to trucking carriers, owner-operators, and transportation businesses.These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS text messages sent by Bridge18 in connection with its dispatch and transportation support services.

2. SMS Messaging Program Description:

Bridge18 sends operational and customer-care text messages to authorized trucking drivers and other relevant contacts associated with carriers that use Bridge18's services.Messages may include:Load assignments and load-related updates.Pickup and delivery appointment confirmations and reminders.Requests for truck location, shipment status, and estimated time of arrival (ETA).Tracking and tracing updates.Shipment progress, delays, and dispatch coordination.Documentation follow-ups and other messages necessary to coordinate transportation operations.Bridge18 does not use this SMS messaging program to send marketing or promotional text messages.

3. SMS Consent and Enrollment:

Text messages are sent only where the recipient has provided appropriate consent or permission for operational communications, consistent with applicable laws and messaging requirements.For operational communications, a recipient may provide their mobile number and consent directly to Bridge18 or through an authorized carrier's documented process, where permitted. Bridge18 may use authorized contact information to coordinate loads and related transportation activities.Providing a phone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated marketing messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing unrelated services.Recipients may withdraw their SMS consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.

4. Message Frequency:

Message frequency varies depending on load assignments, shipment activity, pickup and delivery schedules, tracking requirements, and other operational needs. Recipients may receive multiple messages during an active shipment.

5. Message and Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from the recipient's wireless carrier may apply to messages sent or received.Recipients should contact their wireless carrier for details about their messaging plan and applicable charges.

6. Opting Out of SMS Messages:

Recipients can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a Bridge18 text message.After Bridge18 processes an opt-out request, the recipient will no longer receive messages from the applicable SMS messaging program, except for any permitted message necessary to confirm the opt-out or otherwise allowed by law.Opting out of operational text messages may affect the availability of SMS-based dispatch coordination. Recipients and carriers may need to use an alternative communication method to coordinate active loads.

SMS availability may vary depending on the recipient's mobile device, wireless carrier, network coverage, and messaging service. Bridge18 does not guarantee delivery of every text message.
